differences between chemical reaction and nuclear reaction
1.nuclear reaction takes place in the atoms nucleus while chemical reaction occurs at the atom
2. chemical reaction involves the transfer or loss, gain and sharing of electron and nothing happens in the nucleus, nuclear reaction involves the decomposition of the nucleus it may change to another atom due to the loss or gain of proton or electrons.
3.nuclear reaction is termed fission or fusion chemical reaction cannot be termed
4. nuclear reaction involve high energy change while chemical reaction involve low energy change.
                                                     Photoelectric effect
Photo electric effect occurs when matter emits electrons upon exposure to electromagnetic radiation such as photons of light when a surface is exposed to sufficient electromagnetic energy light will be absorbed and electrons will beemmits.
